Communication and trust is the key for everything: listen, talk and understand your folk. There are plenty of ideas, get in touch and do not treat them as sheep. Train managers or or find ones who are willing and able to practice teamwork.

my experience within the team: you cannot trust anybody, unable/not willing to share information, toxic atmosphere. Some colleagues share information, just not easy to find them.
