Home office has been canceled!! Even having Friday's home office needs to be allowed by the supervisor. It will be a big issue for the employees who have families with children and live far away from the company(gasoline is very expensive, and the public transport connection is not available from here to some cities). Home office was an attractive offer for those interested in working at Deutsche Aircraft. But now this is gone!

Working atmosphere and internal communication are great. The canteen is good too.
A Christmas bonus scheme would be great. Or flight discounts with participating airlines.
Open plan office, immediate colleagues are friendly and helpful. Good support from superiors. Good working environment.
My hours are relatively flexible making work-life-balance easy. Overtime and time-in-lieu is also possible on request.
Salary is fair but sadly no Christmas bonuses or extra incentives as yet.

I had a positive experience in Deutsche Aircraft since my interview days until my onboarding session. As it was a difficult decision to move from another country with a family to Munich, I had a lot of concerns both professionally and personally. The company was very helpful to relief my mind for all of these concerns by making the visa application, house and kindergarten search easier in a systematic way.
