The project itself is great. The R&T department is an aqesome place to work and execute on a very quick way.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Low salary, no salary structure or transparency. Reduction of remote working days. No clear awards for good performing employees. HR is not supporting employees enough when needed.

Management needs to listen more to suggestions from the working level. There is a feeling between employees that there is a disconnection between engineering management and working level.

Yoo many people under one manager results in poor administrative execution. Need more team leads also to smaller teams to release pressure of managers.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Older offices have temperature problems, also the infrastructure needs some maintanence. The newer or renowated offices are very nice.
Kommunikation
The communication between different parts of the organization is not good enough. Needs improvement to survive for future projects.
Interessante Aufgaben
Great opportunity to work in both R&T and production projects. I woukd give 6 stars to this one.
