Overall, I appreciate the general flexibility in the workplace. Howeever, during peak project times, multiple tasks can overlap, sometimes requiring work ouside of regular hours, including in the evenings. While this is understandable in a project environment, a more structured workload distribution could help improve balance in the long run.

Access to Udemy courses was a helpful resource for self-placed learning. However, I would recomment adding more structured, professional-level training or certified refresher programs and giving a chance to attending seminar and workshops to support deeper skill development and career progression.

The base compensation is fair for the role and level. To further motivate employees and reward performance, I think a small project-based bonus or recognition system could be a great addition in the future.
