The working atmosphere is not good at all. There is a constant sense of insecurity pressure and tension. People are stressed, worried about their jobs, and morale is generally low. Collaboration is difficult when the leadership is just trying to protect themselves. Additionally there might be potential financial problems, salaries are up to 2 weeks late and in the last 6 months there have been 3 major rounds of layoffs (most recent one happened last Friday)
Employees are not happy with the company. The ones that have not been laid off yet, are already considering to leave.
The work-life balance depends entirely on your direct manager or supervisor. Its often difficult to take holidays when you actually need them. In addition, you are expected to work after-hours and sometimes even on weekends, without any form of compensation.
There is no real room for career progression; people often stay in the same position and level for 3+ years, and the company provides no support for learning new skills or developing further.
In general the employees are very skilled and supportive. They are easy to collaborate with, willing to help and continuosly trying to adapt with the ongoing changes coming daily from leadership.
However, many valuable team members from different departments have already been laid off and many others have resigned which makes now the daily work even more difficult for the ones that are still working here.
In general, everything is treated as an urgent top priority that “must be done now.” In many cases, it later turns out that it wasn’t really a priority at all and wasn’t even needed.
The company provides the basic technical setup.
There is no real transparency, open communication or clearly defined strategy. Leadership continuously changes processes and priorities without explanation. Decisions often feel arbitrary and are rarely communicated in a structured way. Instead of focusing on building a solid product and sustainable business, top management seems to care mainly about external marketing and appearances.
Salaries are average or below, and the company does not offer any meaningful benefits.
Most of the leadership positions are held by men.
There are many interesting initiatives and projects proposed by colleagues, but most of the time they don’t receive the necessary support from leadership.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich die Du-Kultur, das tolle Teamwork und das gute Betriebsklima, das auch in Stressmomenten erhalten bleibt.
2 Tage/Woche ist Homeoffice möglich (auch vertraglich vereinbart). Dennoch wird es nicht wirklich gern gesehen.
Die traditionelle 40-Stunden-Woche ist heutzutage nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Aufgrund von Unterbesetzung in einigen Bereichen wäre es ratsam, größere Projekte mit ausreichend Vorlauf zu planen, da qualifizierte Aufgaben oft mehr Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.

Öfters mal ein Fläschen aufmachen und die Erfolge feiern.
Generell sehr gutes Arbeitsklima mit all den teils persönlichen Herausforderungen, mit dem jedes Unternehmen zu tun hat. Es wird sehr oft gelacht, und das ist immer noch der beste Indikator für ein sehr gutes Klima.
Mit der Home Office-Regelung und der Überstundenregelung (hier wird jede Überstunde notiert) zu 100% erfüllt.
Der ist ausgezeichnet. Egal, ob Entwicklung, Marketing, Vertrieb, Admin ... der Zusammenhalt ist super.
Wäre hier auch nur ansatzweise ein Missverhalten festzustellen, würde die gesamte Mannschaft gegen den Intrigant vorgehen :-)
Nicht mal ansatzweise ein herrisches, autokratisches Verhalten.

Es gibt regelmäßiges Jour Fixe-Termin im Sinne der Transparenz.
Das Segment ist per se hoch interessant und wird es auch weiterhin bleiben.
