I liked my room and salary from diakonie. And the company has good reputation. But unfortunately i placed in unlucky place. I had no issue with the tasks but the the chef just gave me bad start. I must worked geteilte Dienst for a month and the next month i need to work about 9,5 hours per day. There no work life balance there. If u have that schedule.
The colleges were good at the first time, i mean if u do good they say nothing, if u work bad they talked behind u. I made a mistake and i admit it.
But it became a huge problem even make my name gone bad cuz of it. They talked to everyone aboutmy mistakes even the other employees disease (it supposed to be principal).
