Nothing to complain here
Favoritism is nakedly visible at work. Management has a few favorite people who often gets promoted and recognition. Company maintains a hire and fire policy. Despite good performance the job is not secure. Leadership feedback are too vague or not to the point.

The leadership team is absolutely incompetent when it comes to communication. The company strategy changes overnight and the company needs to adapt.

Dispendix has interesting and innovative products. Everyone is there to help anytime. The culture to improve and not to point finger.

Sometimes it can get hectically or projects are on a short notice. This can be stressful but it`s also mostly handled well in the team.

Hier müssen wir uns alle verbessern und sind auch schon dabei, es bleibt aber Luft nach oben.

Ich fand die Idee und das Produkt mal ganz gut.
Es wurden so viele leere Versprechungen gemacht, statt zu Fördern wurde Blockiert.
Die Jagd der Management Ebene nach immer mehr Titeln, während das "niedere Volk" leer ausgeht.
Der Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern während der Kündigungsphase.
Da weiß man gar nicht wo man anfangen soll. Qualifizierte Führungskräfte die etwas von ihrem Handwerk verstehen. Weiterbildung der Führungskräfte, Soft Skills, Personalführung, etc. Kritik zulassen, handeln und nicht nur reden, abschaffen der coolen Gruppen zu der man nur gehört, wenn man regelmäßig mit feiern geht.
Die Atmosphäre war vornherum gut, hinten herum wurde viel geredet und gelästert. Diese Energie hätte man in eine ordentliche Kommunikation stecken sollen.
Aufgrund der letzten Kündigungswelle, bei der mehr als 50% der Mitarbeiter gekündigt wurden, wohl nicht mehr so gut. Mitarbeiter wurden im Ungewissen gelassen. Wer zunächst sicher war, hatte die Woche darauf die Kündigung auf dem Tisch liegen.
Kommt ganz auf die Position und den Vorgesetzten an. Generell 2 Tage Home Office, aber man musste aufpassen, dass man auch wirklich nachweisen konnte, dass man auch daheim was arbeitet.
Die Managementstellen sind besetzt, wenn auch nicht gut besetzt. Eine Karriere von jemanden auf niedriger Position wird als Konkurrenz gesehen und ist daher nicht wirklich erwünscht.
Gehalt sehr sehr schlecht, auch im Vergleich zu Markt. Auch bei einem Aufstieg bekommt man nicht unbedingt mehr, außer man sitzt im Management, dort gelten anderen Regeln.
Der war erstaunlicherweise recht gut, jedoch auch hier gab es Gruppenbildung. Die coole Gruppe die gerne mal weg geht, wer dort nicht dabei ist, ist out.
Gab es kaum.
Unterirdisch. Unerfahrene und unqualifizierte Personen auf viel zu hohen Positionen, die ein bisschen Firma spielen. Keine Ahnung vom Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, Kommunikation oder einer guten Aufgabenverteilung.
Bauchpinselei. Positives immer gerne gehört, negatives wurde überhört. Wichtige Informationen wurden nicht weiter gegeben, das Management ist in der Hinsicht sehr robust gegenüber Verbesserungen.
Oberflächlich ja, wenn man genauer hinschaut, aufgrund der Gruppenbildung nicht vorhanden.
Kommt wahrscheinlich auf die Abteilung an. In vielen Bereichen aber sehr monoton und einfach.

Man sollte vielleicht mal vorher nachdenken bevor man handelt. Und ich meine wirklich nachdenken.
Aktuell ziemlich schlecht, war vor den Kündigungswellen aber besser.
Inzwischen kein gutes Image mehr. Nicht wenn die Mitarbeiter so behandelt werden, wie sie die letzten Monate behandelt worden sind.
Flexibele Arbeitszeiten sag ich nur. Beste was gibt.
Gehalt für mich absolter Minuspunkt.
Sozialleistungen habe ich hier noch keine gesehen. Bis auf kostenlosen Kaffee/Tee. Und ab und zu mal ein wenig Obst.
Bin seit 1 1/2 Jahren hier und das einzige mal dass ich eine Gehaltserhöhung bekommen habe, war Ende letzten Jahres. Und die hätte man sich sparen können.
OBWOHL die Produktion einen Rekord aufgestellt hat.
Da fühlt man dann auch schön die Wertschätzung.
In meiner Abteilung ist der Zusammenhalt gut. Alles andere kann ich nicht einschätzen und ehrlich gesagt ist es mir auch egal.
Fehlentscheidungen, fehlendes Verantwortung übernehmen für den Mist den man gebaut hat und fehlende Kommunikation sind nur ein Bruchteil der Dinge die ich hier sagen könnte.
Viele im Managementteam denken zwar, dass sie alles gut kommunizieren, ist aber leider nicht der Fall. Teilweise herrscht absolutes Chaos.
Ist halt in der Produktion ziemlich eintönig. Man baut halt immer das gleiche Gerät.
