The bossy attitude, if someone asks questions or is not in line with the supervisors, they are let go overnight and no considerations what so ever.

Listen to your employees, a well managed team and better leaders or managers. Pay attention to the young employees as they are (lets hope so) the future of the company.

A visit to dornier museum only to bost what marvels have been created by dornier and a concept hydrogen based plane but i dont see any work on these, hence its all for show and to keep the image alive.

Well training is available but its pointless if that training is not used anywhere, also you can not chose to have a training you want
