Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
They tried to take down my review for the fifth time. I had to prove to kununu that i was working at Dr. Eckel, because they claimed, i never worked for them to take down my review. Thank god i have proof. I need to come back to kununu on a monthly base to see, if they took down my review again. That should also tell you what a poor platform kununu is, when they take down reviews immediately after a company reports your review as false.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Pay loyal employees better. More vacation days. Stop terminating employees. Prepare employees for termination earlier. Stop looking for employees who are supposed to do way too much work at ridiculous conditions. Exploitation is the wrong approach. A company can only grow healthily and organically if employees are satisfied and not frightened.

Many colleagues are scared to speak up against bad salary or working conditions. Never received any nice words for my hard work, even when working overtime. Many colleagues are unsure about the future. They only offered me fixed-terms employment contracts, what should have warned me before signing. My contract got ended and with my left holiday i was out the building in about one hour.

Many nice young colleagues from different countries. Many colleagues talking about not being fine with the payment.
Work-Life-Balance
Working from home was rare, because I was missing a team member when i started. I had to come in on a daily base. My way to work was long. It sounded different when I got employed. I also felt eyed when i didn‘t do overtime for free. In the end it felt like i was supposed to do overtime. They also put a phrase into my contract, which made up to 15% overtime already paid with my normal salary. So you only get valid overtime after 15% over your usual working hours.
Gehalt/Benefits
If you hear about the salarys of long time employees, your stommach will turn.
