The working atmosphere is just amazing. One would actually miss not going to work. A new challenge awaits you every single day and there is something new to learn.

This is an area that could improve further. There can be a gap in communication between the consultants, product owners, and software developers. Honestly the software developers and involved too late in the process. The company has identified this and is making changes to address the same though.

You cannot expect friendlier colleagues and staff.
Work-Life-Balance
If you are a software developer, you can expect long hours as there is truly a lot to learn and the software is complex. But no one will force you to work on a Saturday or overtime. So for someone coming from an Asian/American work culture, this is the best you can ask for.

Absolutely flat hierarchy. If you have a point, you shall be heard.

The company does not shy away from using the latest technology and in fact, encourages it. Legacy software is constantly upgraded. As a software engineer, you shall work on client side frameworks, server side logic, CI tools, cloud and tests. The application is spanned across various frameworks and languages and there is always a new task you can choose from.

What you negotiate is what you get. Salary advancement can be slower but is a more European thing than company specific. Great for beginners and students though. Mid-level and senior employees can be compensated better as industry average is higher than it used to be.
