An Interim HR has no clear processes, just spontaneously keeps an interview.
But puts the Candidature through after 2 weeks and a follow up.
But at this point was positive and hopeful for a good associaiton and future.
CTO sets up spontaneous call. I was prepared for it, presented my past and disucssed the prospects I bring.
He Promises a face to face with the CEO and the team.
Then Ghosts for 3+ months.
He explained how he started and failed several attempts to run firms in the interview. This looks like yet another of those attempts.
Needless to say other reviews of ex-employees are so poor, that the management doesn't really care about employee satisfaction.
And that explains Applicant or Interview process satisfaction quite well. With this dissatisfied review, it should clarify Interviewee/Applicant dissatisfaction as well.
HR on email says that an attempt was made to provide feedback and Candidate was unreacahble, which is a lie.
Message to new applicants read reviews here, avoid the firm.
When they were interviewing me they were attempting for Stage 2 funding as well.
Ultimately, expecting a company with poor principles to sustain with poor ethics and culture is an attempt for a job seeker to shoot herself/himself in the foot.
Just noticed other reviews like this so its their poor culture and not quite a one off issue like mine.

I received no response to my application, and there was no reaction to my follow-up inquiry. The HR person doesn't accept connection requests on LinkedIn, so you can't contact her there unless you have a paid account. One of the managers even proactively added me as a connection on LinkedIn, but he didn't reply to my message. The job posting is also no longer available.
