I can't say anything bad, as I have not seen a negative attitude in any area, always positive things and continuous improvement.
In general, managers do a great job, but it never hurts to look at each one according to their areas and they can identify areas of opportunity in order to improve the top management and seek to be more effective and assertive with the strategies that will undoubtedly lead eepos to the proposed success.

A young company with market visibility, professionalism, committed teams, and an excellent interpersonal environment.
We have units with different levels of development and opportunities in terms of career advancement and remuneration. The image that stands out in the matrix, in some respects, does not translate to all units. For example, we do not have benefits or incentives for training and education, and this limits team development and motivation.
We are located in a unit outside Germany (headquarters). The company has potential for career development and a market-leading product. The teams are committed and interact well with each other. I would add programs, training, and compensation similar to those at headquarters to the units in other countries, as this makes everything more balanced. Overall, it is a great company that we are proud to be a part of.

Das Miteinander ist das große Argument, warum man für eepos arbeiten sollte.
Das ist nicht nur ein 9 to 5-Job, den man über sich ergehen lässt. Man geht gerne arbeiten, löst eine Vielzahl verschiedener Aufgaben und die Kollegen sind die Kirsche auf der Torte. Jeder ist Mensch und wird geschätzt. Jeder hat die Verantwortung, durch seinen Teil etwas zum Wachstum des Unternehmens beizutragen.

Das gute Betriebsklima
Das Umfeld, es sind alle nett und es ist einfach ein gutes Beisammensein.
Es gibt Firmenfeiern welche gut geplant und sehr löblich sind, gibt es selten.
Wie oben gesagt die Vergütung in der Ausbildung.
Wenn man das ausblendet kann man eepos als perfekten Arbeitgeber bewerten.
Ich hoffe natürlich auf eine Übernahme. Mehr kann ich dazu leider nicht sagen. Aber Aufstiegschancen in der Ausbildung gibt es meines Wissens nirgendwo.
Flexible Arbeitszeiten, sehr gute Urlaubsplanung
Die Vergütung in der Ausbildung ist leider weit von dem Durchschnitt entfernt. Meine Schulkollegen verdienen alle deutlich mehr, teilweise fast das doppelte.
Fair, Gerecht. Meine Kollegen haben immer ein Offenes Ohr und helfen mir wo sie nur können. Ich lerne sehr viel von ihnen.
Meine Arbeit macht mir total viel Spaß.
Meine Aufgaben sind alles andere als Langweilig und machen so auch viel Spaß.
Die Aufgaben in der Ausbildung sind sehr abwechslungsreich.
Selbst in der Ausbildung wo man denken könnte das der Respekt da etwas geringer sein könnte, ist das hier nicht der Fall. Man begegnet hier einem guten Respekt zu/von jedem Mitarbeiter.
