Disorganized, Disengaged Leadership, and Zero Employee Value
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Possibility to work remote, close collaboration with leadership
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It was one of the most frustrating work experiences I've had. The company was completely chaotic, constantly at odds over strategy, leading to an ever-changing, unclear direction. Employees were left in the dark, as decisions seemed to shift based on internal conflicts rather than an actual plan.
Management & Culture:
Disengaged, showed little interest in supporting or developing the team.
Micromanagement became the norm.
The culture was superficial at best—there was no real team spirit, no investment in people, and zero effort to foster a positive work environment. No team events, no proper company events.
Work Conditions & HR:
Employees’ opinions weren’t valued, chaotic setup, and important conversations were avoided altogether.
Exclusion & Lack of Recognition:
It was clear that leadership didn’t see employees as assets but rather as people who should just execute tasks without questioning anything.
Compensation & Incentives
All incentives provided were essentially worthless. There were promises, but they never really amounted to anything meaningful. No real financial recognition, no career growth—just empty gestures that led nowhere.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
More team building, more investment into in-person meeting. Care more about employees. Less micro-managing. Better HR or "People & Culture" management. Value employees more. Better leadership alignment & strategy.
