too many coworkers are doing purely homeoffice and sometimes it takes 2-3 sdays to wait for the feedback from collegues.

low efficiency and sometimes too little feedback. almost every workers there have the same priorities :Audi Project first then CARIAD projects and internal projects. So if you are responsible for an internal project, just cross your finger to hope anybody will give a hack.

I still wouldn't understand why a collegue with no IT or AI background can be paten and make a judge about your work no matter what. It's just a joke.
Interessante Aufgaben
The Assignments are mostly interesting but sometimes the collegues or leaders can be too ambitious for the goal seting witout taking workload into considerations.

Dear ex-intern,
it is a pity to hear that you wouldn't recommend EFS. After all, our ambitions and the passion to fulfill customer needs without losing sight of our own innovations and developments are unique selling points of EFS.
We are in a lucky position that at the beginning of the pandemic we were able to quickly switch to mostly working from home to protect our employees. Of course, communication and feedback should not suffer as a result.
It is also our aim that every student has an approachable mentor at their side who can provide professional support. We're sorry that this seemingly didn't work out for you, but the feedback also helps us to raise awareness.
