The statements made by management cannot be trusted. Last year, they claimed that all employees would receive a salary freeze due to the poor economic situation. Later, however, the works council revealed that this was not true, as some selected employees (who are considered as "important") had received salary increases.

There is little time to build this up, because the attrition rate is very high.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Generally low salaries, only very small annual increases, last year for most employees even none. With the exception of the few "important" people, see above.
