Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Salaries are really low, compared to the market. Also W-L-Balance is not as it should be. Some Managers don´t treat their people well. It´s getting rough and Micromanagement starts to take over. No good development......
ReOrg was definitely the worst Idea someone could have. And the execution of the ReOrg was even more worse. Getting people in positions that they have no clue of, no plan for the future and absolutely zero experience.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Make salaries even to the market situations. They need to be far higher. Restart to treat your people well.... you are moving to the wrong direction....

Arbeitsatmosphäre

There are some people that try to secure their Kingdom and fight against anybody having new ideas. This company is a bunch of silos that are defended with fire and blood.
Still there are some good islands you´d love to work in.
But there are lesser and lesser...
Sales is leaving the boat in different places - US and Europe. EB recently got rid of complete Department structures by complete Management and Teams leaving by themselves....because they could not stand the situation.

Communication is definitely something EB Management needs to work on. Commu....what?

I have never worked so hard for so small money. Work-Life-Balance - something they tell you it exists here. That´s a lie.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

There are some good Managers but you need to find them in the haystack. The top level Management has no plan and no clue. Some of the Managers need to overthink their behaviour. Especially the top level Technical / Product Environment ist toxic. Sales is leaving the boat, so does technical Department Management.... More than half of the Department Heads have left the company and many innovators.

Interessante Aufgaben

It really depends where you are and what you are employed for. Most things suffer a deadly grade of parallel and redundant to fill tools with the same content and a bureaucratic thinking and behaving. This company is a really slow mover. Even that people are not wearing a suit does not mean they are innovative in thinking or behaving. Management does not support innovative thinking. It might be there, but it has not shown up.....

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Lot of people here over 45 and it seems they are treated partly well.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Working conditions get a 1 Star as it´s getting very hot in summer - and there´s NO Air-condition. that´s a clear MINUS. Otherwise it would be a 3-4 Star

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary is low to very low compared to the competition and other verticals. Never worked that hard for so small money compared to other companies in the market.

EB has a good standing in the market. Has suffered since acquisition by Conti.... not all that glitters is Gold....

Karriere/Weiterbildung

It depends what you are looking for. Even the Hierarchy might be deep, don´t think you rise up the ranks quickly here. That's not the case. Either you are sliming the manager to rise up the rank or you are placed on a position that does not take you any step further.
