There has been no clear decision and direction for many years. There are a lot of incomplete big projects that make people underperform since job satisfaction is affected.
Gleichberechtigung
The company's policy failed to address a homophobic message that was posted in Slack. Somebody called homosexuality a sickness. There was no proper follow-up except for giving a vague all-hands speech. This is an unacceptable gap that needs to be addressed immediately.
