Literally everyone is so friendly and welcoming to me as a newbie, willing to help with the onboarding and getting to know processes, products, teams and anything that may cross my mind. Just the best colleagues one can wish for.
Kommunikation
Since the hierarchy is pretty flat and everyone is open, it is easy to communicate with colleagues, align on projects and just have a nice chat during lunch break.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working hours enable you to manage your personal working schedule as you will, so it is a matter of discipline to figure out the best fitting schedule for yourself and just enjoy life outside the work.

The management is qualified, clear goal-setting, enhance an open feedback culture, provide understandable instructions and at the same time keep the humanistic approach and stay in personal touch with their team members. Still, due to their high load, it is not always possible to have a moment for a chat or personal meeting, etc.
Gleichberechtigung
The team is already very diverse, international, people are coming from different background. This is taken into consideration while building business processes, we had even a few initiative workshops which helped to understand colleagues better and enforce collaboration being more effective.

Elli is still a very young company and HR brand management requires some enhancement. However, after working for a short time, you realise how lucky you are to be here.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
One should be proactively claiming and requiring additional trainings, educational activities, etc. but it is highly supported by management. It would be just great to have a personnel development system with time.
