Arbeitsatmosphäre
In my department we have a great collaboration. Everyone open, friendly and helpful - colleagues as well as bosses. As well neuer experienced problems when working with colleagues from other departments.
Kommunikation
Within the team top. General communication from Management takes place regularly. Could be more transparent and faster sometimes.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I only had good experience so far. Pizza nights and Workshops strengthen the team spirit.
Work-Life-Balance
Some days/weeks are full with meetings and it is hard to answer emails during the day - some extra hours are possible. Overall a good Work Life Balance is possible anyway as we have the freedom to structure ourselves and leaving earlier or attending a doctors appointment during the day is nearly always possible. No work at the weekend.

In my department top.
Interessante Aufgaben
New ideas welcome, I learned a lot in shortest time. Possibilty to change teams if tasks get boring or you want to take on other responsabilities or take over new tasks.
Gleichberechtigung
I did not experience any differences in treatment. Skills count.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Very broad range of age and in my opinion it works out perfectly.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Mobile work, open and nicely furbished offices. You can go there or work from home. Sabbatical possible.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Could be improved still. Even if there are already some initiatives ongoing.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I would say fair. Even though it may depends on departments. More and more benefits coming.

Have the feeling that the image is not that good at the moment. Room for improvement left.

Some courses available. Internal Job Board.
