Arbeitsatmosphäre

The environment is based on managing one emergency after another. No planning, everything done on the fly, with a strong repercussion of work quality (if there was any). The few attemps of organization and planning fall within weeks into complete oblivion, as external consultant get also fired or the topics are submerged under the next emergency. The new C E O doens't understand anything about the business except for the firing part, for his bonus. The mother company is known to fire whole teams (check Discovery's case) and then realize that they need the people, so now you have again hiring, until the next firing round.

Kommunikation

Ironically the countless (new) new reorganization get's communicatated without any approval, so they has no value. Until the it is clear the whole company is in the limbo. everyone asking who is the enxt one so every one that can leave the company while all the rest are planning to do so.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Since one one has a clue about the real problems basically all standup meetings are a blame game, resembling a russian roulette. Every blame game because a emergency, every emergency extra hours, every extra hous zero appreciation

Work-Life-Balance

Consideration of all extra working hours also fall into oblivion. Since there is no planning you can't really tell what the next day you have and what time you will finish. Regardless of the amount of effort the new C E O wants every by tomorrow (also your firing..)

Vorgesetztenverhalten

There is absolutely no appreciation for work of anyone, which is a good way to refrai nthose that even thinking about asking for more money. No one has a clue of anything, not even the heads.

In this a toxic envirnoment some colleagues bundle secretly and that is nice, until the (new) new restructing kicks in

Its basically a collapsing company. To see where they are going visits trustpilot. Quality of products are garbage, shipping and return service a big disaster. Basic financial aspects non-existing

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The only next step you will make is in another company.. in the unlikely even that you get promoted to e.g. Senior you can forget about the pay raise for your extra tasks. So there is no point in gatting one in the first place
