Fundamentally: dysfunctional management structure. This structure has nothing to do with management in the professional sense. The structure is here to only protect its power and to ensure it stays in power as long as possible by the expense of the entire company. Curious to feel what Enercon is from within - look at what has been happening with the US during the last two years - it's literally the same. Incompetent "leaders" hire even less competent subordinates and then organize it all as a rigid silo.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Enercon cannot be improved as long as incompetent, malignant "leaders" ( hi from the 30's ) are in place. Enercon is dying slowly and painfully.
