Arbeitsatmosphäre
As an absolute must, one must be self-sufficient. No one will hold your hand and show you how to do your job. Each colleague is expected to pull his or her own weight and not to make any comprimises. It is a professional branch of business and the atmosphere reflects this.
Kommunikation
Refering back to the working environment: If you do your part and notify your current status and/or request feedback or status updates, you shall receive them. If you don't and instead wait for the information to come to you: you will not be very well informed.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It is an atmosphere that is a true representation of "calling into the woods". If you ask for support, you receive it and one must be prepared to reciprocate the gesture. As with any company, you encounter the one or other colleague who doesn't wish to interact with everyone. This is life and it does not detract from the general positive atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
You unfortunately do not have a lot of planning assurance when it comes to free-time. If there is a deadline that must be met, or revisions must be carried-out on short notice, you are expected to take responsibity for your part. This is ideal for individuals who do not try to separate work and home life exclusively from one another.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management is made-up of a very diverse team, which actually enables them to complement one another. They all have their own strategies and methodology, which they use very directly to steer the company and its activities.
Interessante Aufgaben
What can I say: sometimes there are days that are relatively quiet, while other days/weeks/months one feels like he or she will never see the light of day again. It is a welcomed challenge to meet the demands and expectations that have been set.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It is a lovely office in downtown Hamburg. The furnishings are professional- the office is tastefully decorated and modern IT/ICT hardware is provided with support.
