Although the company has brilliant tech talent and industry leading experts, which also produce fantastic internal tools, we have not managed to create products and sell them long term. Internal tools that work for the company should be packaged and sold outside as the products are already running successfully for years.

Clear access to sandboxes for practicing on the new tech that are encouraged through the Learn platform, will help in reinforcing the knowledge gained. Besides certificates for courses, sample projects to be completed offline or on the company sandbox, may give rise to potential product ideas or demos.

Flexible work times, restricted by the client working times (as expected). Till now no pressure or expectation to work beyond dedicated hours. However, as in consulting projects, project success depends on quality deliverables before time, which may need a push from the employee.

Colleagues are fantastic. There exists a buddy system during the first 3 months of onboarding, and networking is encouraged. Leadership supports and provides references to people who may solve the problem, internal or client specific, that the employee may have.

Decisions were made swiftly so far, and transparently. Unnecessary bureaucratic procedures were avoided, and suggestions are made upfront for approvals to go through smoothly. My supervisors are responsive and provide necessary feedback for improvement and career progression.

Within a short time had the chance to work on POCs, Pre-Sales and client project. Regardless, there are regular requests from the DM community for support in various projects when skills match. So, there is no dearth of opportunities. Also, the company provides tools to self search for interesting projects, roles and clients and request your candidature directly.
