Please see the good work done by downstream . They are main core doing all the job . Not only the one presenting to Bosses .

Working atmosphere is not bad among colleagues and other functional department .However very poor leadership , whatever you do good , all are unseen . Senior Management level never see the bottom layer . So, Director level took all .
