Lernkurve, Gehalt, Projektsituation & -Inhalte, gute Mischung zwischen verschiedenen Erfahrungsstufen.

Manche KollegInnen interpretieren eigene (verringerte) Freizeitbedürfnisse auf ihre direkten KollegInnen.

Das Gehaltsmodell ist ambitioniert, aber bei Util sehr gut. Bitte beibehalten, aber den Util-Anteil am Gehalt in Grenzen halten.
Die Kommunikation aller Mitarbeiter-betreffenden Unternehmensentscheidungen können, entsprechend dem aktuellen Trend, etwas früher kommuniziert werden. Aktuell erreichen manche Informationen Mitarbeiter etwas spät.

In einem kompetitiven Markt beweist Eraneos, dass die Atmosphäre stimmen kann.

Das Gehaltsmodell unterstützt Viel-Arbeit, allerdings wird dies sehr gut belohnt. Kundenbedürfnisse stehen, klassisch Beratung, im Zentrum. Im Großen & Ganzen auf einem erträglichen Niveau, insbesondere aufgrund der sehr guten Bezahlung (bei Utilisation).

Extrem gut, bei Utilisation.

Das hängt stark von den Abteilungen ab. In meiner Industrie ist der Zusammenhalt sehr stark. I.d.R. nehme ich den Zusammenhalt, auf einer beruflichen Basis, als gut wahr.

Wird immer besser in der neuen Orga-Struktur.
Communication
Unternehmensentscheidungen werden z.T. etwas verzögert weitergegeben, jedoch passt das Gesamtpaket und die neue Organisationsaufteilung wird dies weiter verbessern. Bemühungen alles korrekt zu kommunizieren sind klar erkennbar.
Interesting tasks
Es gibt wahnsinnig tolle und spannende Projekte. Die Lernkurve ist sehr steil. Eraneos-weit werden umfassbar viele spannende Projekte betreut.

Es ist unerlässlich, dass Entscheidungen transparenter kommuniziert werden und die gesamte Belegschaft einbezogen wird.
Partner sollten in kulturellen Fragen stets mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und so die Einhaltung der Unternehmenswerte sicherstellen.

Es scheint, dass die Atmosphäre nicht mehr so entspannt ist wie früher. Der wirtschaftliche Abschwung in Deutschland scheint sich auszuwirken.

Ein Weiterbildungsbudget gibt es. Bei hoher Projektbelastung kann es schwierig sein, ausreichend Zeit dafür einzuplanen.

Meiner Meinung nach ist Teamgeist eine der größten Stärken des Unternehmens.

Meiner Meinung nach gibt es derzeit eine bemerkbare Kluft zwischen den Partnern und dem Rest des Unternehmens. Dennoch zeigen die Mentoren dazwischen weiterhin ein hohes Maß an Engagement.

Die neueste Hardware ist verfügbar, und es werden erhebliche Anstrengungen unternommen, um eine optimale Produktivität für alle Mitarbeiter zu ermöglichen.
Das Büro in Hamburg ist natürlich besser ausgestattet als die anderen Standorte.

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass ich von der Geschäftsleitung nicht mehr so viele Informationen erhalte wie früher. Einige der Änderungen haben mich etwas überrascht.

Das Gehalt ist selbst im Vergleich zu anderen Unternehmen der Branche äußerst wettbewerbsfähig. Der Bonus hängt von der Projektauslastung ab, sodass es nicht vorteilhaft ist, zu viel Zeit auf der Bank zu verbringen.
Interesting tasks
Wenn man sich selbst darum kümmert, gibt es in der Regel interessante interne Aufgaben zu erledigen. Meiner Erfahrung nach spielt auch ein gewisses Maß an Glück eine Rolle, wenn es darum geht, interessante Aufgaben innerhalb von Projekten zu bekommen.

Das Arbeitsumfeld, besonders im Office, war wirklich herausragend.
Die Kollegen waren, obwohl ich "nur" ein Praktikant war, alle sehr herzlich/hilfsbereit und haben aktiv den Austausch gesucht.
Die Betreuung durch meine Ansprechpartner war ausgezeichnet - ich habe jederzeit Unterstützung erhalten und wurde sofort in das Team integriert.

Enorm hohes Gehalt bereits in frühen Phasen der Karriere bei hoher Projektauslastung

Gehaltsmodell führt dazu, dass man sich auf ungesunde Weise selbst pusht und Uti auf der Zweck von allem ist. Fluch und Segen zugleich

Mehr Anerkennung auch für Arbeit, in die viel Aufwand reingesteckt wurde, aber keine Früchte getragen hat

Oft kommt man auch mit voller Auslastung mit 40h/Woche sehr gut hin. Nicht jedoch, wenn man die extra Meile gehen und seinen internen Verpflichtungen sinnvoll nachkommen möchte
