Unternehmensentscheidungen werden z.T. etwas verzögert weitergegeben, jedoch passt das Gesamtpaket und die neue Organisationsaufteilung wird dies weiter verbessern. Bemühungen alles korrekt zu kommunizieren sind klar erkennbar.

Das hängt stark von den Abteilungen ab. In meiner Industrie ist der Zusammenhalt sehr stark. I.d.R. nehme ich den Zusammenhalt, auf einer beruflichen Basis, als gut wahr.

Das Gehaltsmodell unterstützt Viel-Arbeit, allerdings wird dies sehr gut belohnt. Kundenbedürfnisse stehen, klassisch Beratung, im Zentrum. Im Großen & Ganzen auf einem erträglichen Niveau, insbesondere aufgrund der sehr guten Bezahlung (bei Utilisation).

Es gibt wahnsinnig tolle und spannende Projekte. Die Lernkurve ist sehr steil. Eraneos-weit werden umfassbar viele spannende Projekte betreut.
