Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a clause in your contract to have to pay back fees for training if you leave the company. I know that this is one of the main reason why employees do not attend courses. That is the shame because I think the company would gain more if more training was taken up even if now and then someone quits early.

I was the oldest (retired now :-)) and I never had any issues
