not a good place for an intern or working student
Arbeitsatmosphäre
If you're a permanent employee, it's probably a decent place. As a working student, it's a different story. There's basically no room to grow, creativity is not welcomed, you just need to follow the orders. You'll be micromanaged constantly, and you'll get piled with tasks that have nothing to do with your actual role. Speaking up about it? Not really an option. You just take it. And if you're hoping to stay after graduating, don't count on it. Because if you are not satisfying their exceptations instead of communicationg about it, they will just wait for your contract to expire so they can say no to full time intentions. The chances of getting a real position are close to zero. Fine as a paycheck while you study, but don't expect it to go anywhere.
