People are really busy and focussed on their work and sometimes there could be more chatting between colleagues. But that's the trade off to efficiency. I like the transparent communication about company goals and new developments in the bi-annual workshops and monthly all staff meetings.
I appreciate my super talented colleagues and everyone's huge motivation. When deadlines are close many colleagues are offering to support to get things delivered in time.
This company is definitely demanding high talent and motivation. I often do extra hours but not because my manager is forcing me but because I just like the product and my tasks and I want to deliver. But work hours are super flexible and I could easily reduce my workload to compensate my extra time.
Everyone in the management is extremely sharp and friendly. I felt welcome from day one with a lot of professionality in their communication. The feedback and development meeting with my supervisor (which they do once a year) was great with really helpful feedback and a transparent development path.
I just love the product and mission and it makes me proud of being part of it.
Awesome energy in the team and company. Everyone seems to be super motivated and wants to impact the product and success. The new office is amazing with much light, modern floor and furniture, much glass, own kitchen with kicker table and cool looks. Super glad to see that the management heard the feedback from the employees to install air conditioning as well. There also many events organized now from Sundowner after work come together to Yoga sessions in the office.
