Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- no onboarding concept
- no trust from the management in the employees so they join every meeting to monitor the teams
- no honest communication in the teams
- On the outside, remote work is not a problem. However, there are many meetings, and being present on-site is preferred.

Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is not competitive and there were no other benefits. If you hire all over germany there should be also a regular salary.

Since most employees work in home office there is absolutely no team spirit.

Hardware was not new. You only get a notebook and a headset. No additional equipment or work stuff. I received the equipment two months after my work start.

If you dont join the several meetings a day you will miss many important points.
