Once you leave forget about your Arbeitszeugniss and getting any kind of help with non solved issues. Its like you never worked for them
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Offboarding process needs to be improved: give the Arbeitszeugniss before the person leaves, explain everything in detail (what happens to pension, bonus etc) instead of just sending the termination contract

If you need to clarify points with HR once you leave its very hard to get a reply
