1. Hire an empathetic HR department. It’s absolutely fine that part of their job is firing people. However, it’s not okay to do all of this with a “don’t-care” attitude.
2. Teach the managing directors to act and behave with a sense of responsibility for the people, instead of acting as a facade.

There is absolutely no transparency. The two German managing directors are nothing but a facade. They neither care about the company nor behave like leaders. They leave the staff completely on their own.
