Exciting challenges at a company in a promising transition phase

Exasol is a company that is undergoing a promising transformation. This includes the introduction of SaaS products and changes to internal processes. Many have already been implemented and some are still to come. Communication from the management has always been open and honest with me. I also have the feeling that feedback is taken seriously.

Results and the company's most important KPIs are presented at regular town hall meetings. The financial results are presented in a clear and transparent manner.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone in the team is willing to help each other and take on responsibility. The interaction is respectful and open. Our team is spread across several countries in Europe. However, we meet in person several times a year. Usually for several days during which we hold workshops and hackathons and also enjoy time together after work.
Work-Life-Balance
I can work from home at any time if I want to. I can also organize my working hours freely and can also start later if necessary, which I prefer :-)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I am not afraid to speak openly with my manager and also directly with the C-level. I always have the feeling that the feedback is honest and open.
Interessante Aufgaben
I am working with my team on an exciting product. We have a lot of freedom to make decisions and it is therefore great fun to work with the team. I particularly like the fact that we discuss current and future challenges together in the sprint retrospectives and also constantly improve the agile process.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The hardware equipment is modern and very good. For example, I work with a Macbook Pro at a curved widescreen monitor in my home office. The offices in Nuremberg no longer correspond to a modern working environment and are somewhat loveless. Therefore only 4 stars here. Even if this has become less important in times of home office, I think that a pleasant and inspiring environment is vital for face-to-face meetings and can enhance creativity. But a move to modern offices is currently being planned.
