Just start to value your employees and don‘t exploit them and expect them to do crazy amounts of overtime for your profit. There has been always a good amount of fluctuation to prove my points. All the colleagues I have been working together with were gone as well quite quickly.
If you are not doing enough overtime you will definitely hear that in your performance review
Doing overtime all the time. Did talk about it permanently but in the end I was blamed myself for doing overtime.
They don‘t really offer anything. I could only get a training as my teamlead was taking care of that.
That has been really great. Everyone is supporting each other but no thanks to the company culture.
First I had a really great teamlead who was really supporting but then that changed and the new teamlead wasn‘t supporting at all only demanding, totally normalizing a lot of overtime
As already mentioned several times. High overtime is totally normalized and you will definitely get negative evaluations if you are not willing to do overtime
They communicate in a pretty special way - using all hands to expose teams/employees for „bad performance“
They pay below average. Especially if you are starting your career but as well for senior positions as I did talk with colleagues about it.
Tasks were good in the beginning but then there was a change and we lost quality and I talked to anyone about our missing quality now, but they people who could have changed that didn‘t want to hear it.

Die Kommunikation bei Expertlead ist insgesamt sehr offen. Wöchentlich werden die Zahlen präsentiert, sowie Highlights und Learnings der einzelnen Teams besprochen.
Manchmal würde eine frühzeitigere Kommunikation (auf Gründerebene) helfen Dinge nachvollziehen zu können.

Expertlead is an excellent place where to work. If one feels more confortable working in an office it offers a venue up to the best standars; if one prefers working from home, well, there is a fully remote option! In both cases, people are so nice! :)

Most issues are dealt in a very clear and direct way at Expertlead, which reduces the risk of misunderstandings and fosters both personal growth and the quality of the interpersonal relationships.
My workload has always been appropriate to my role, and I have the feeling that the more I grow and gain experience, the more I can provide my team with my personal contribution and this is taken into account as a n added value.

Wer mehr arbeiten wollte, konnte das und bekam dadurch auch mehr Verantwortung. Wenn man aber seine Aufgaben erledigt hatte kann man aber immer nach hause gehen und der Chef versteht es, wenn man einen Arzttermin oder ähnliches hat

Wir wurden dazu angehalten, zu recyclen und der office Manager hat sich sehr um das Thema gekümmert.
Top, in letzter Zeit recht viele Umstrukturierungen, ist aber für Start-Ups normal
Top Top und nochmal Top! Sauberes office, immer frisches Obst, Höhenverstellbare Schreibtische, externe Monitore, für alles ist gesorgt. Die Kultur im Office ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm und die Remote-First Policy macht es auch möglich von zuhause zu arbeiten.

The office is very comfortable, well equipped and located centrally. The company is open for a flexible working arrangements, including working from home (permanently, without any need to relocate to Berlin).
The hierarchy is flat and despite a rapidly growing team the communication cause no problems. A transparency of the joint goals is being assured on all the management levels. And modern tools make it easy to effectively communicate in and between the teams.
The ratio of women and men on the leading positions is 1:1. The company promotes for achievements and is not biased.
There is no boredom at expertlead. The company has an ambitious mission and is not afraid of being the 1st on the market trying new methods, approaches, strategies.

Das Gehalt ist überdurchschnittlich gut in dem Bereich von Startups, verdiene hier allerdings weniger als in dem letzten Startup aber dafür ist das Team cooler und Gehalt kann man nach ca. 6 Monaten auch neu verhandeln
