Recruitment & Headhunter Agency - I personally had a very positive experience, especially their individual and friendly approach was very unique in this industry, they provided me with an impression it is in their best interest I would be hired soon and they stand simply ´on my side´.
In a first case, the recruitment process was quite quick from a first contact, phone interview and personal interview at the premises of their client and although the answer was negative, it was very fast at least.
The latter company was a bit more complicated, however I could not blame the ladies from Experts&Talents as their client was not easy to communicate with and took a way too much time to proceed so I decided to accept another job offer than waiting for the decision.
The ladies were present at my personal interview with the manager of the company, very supportive and friendly especially when the manager was so to say ´very special´ and m first impression was I would not accept the offer anyway having seen my potential future boss :)
