To promote the benefits we already have ( like Udemy or the gym). Maybe some discounts/gift for our products can be an occasion to promote their purchase and collect employees feedback about them. Another imporment point could be the sharing of the high level decisions and strategy: we already have some meetings, but some crucial aspects are not highligted properly and they can only emerge during the question time ( " what are the plan of the company for the money got from inverstors?")

Criticism and praise are always constructively contextualised. Management may make mistakes in setting targets but I am given complete autonomy and confidence to achieve them.

communication is generally relevant and good. However, there are some blind spots regarding the strategy followed by the company.
