Listen more to the employees and implement what they really need for their work.
These issues remain for years and are still not fixed, although some others have finally been improved. If you want to keep your employees or to hire great ones, you will definitely have to improve the listed ones.
This depends on the department. But the low level of trust in the upper management does not make the working atmosphere as good as it should be, although there have been great improvements!
Very bad communication for years! Easy, cheap and efficient solutions have not been implemented as the employees were asking for. Many senior managers have been hired, which multiplies the number of meetings between them, analyzing statistics.... but what is said/decided does not go back to the rest of the company. Also, there is no single communication between the employees working for the same markets. None knows who does what. Employees can be told to start a project, but are not let known that this project has been abandoned. This leads to bad efficiency.
Great within a department, not very good between departments.
Even though there are a lot of things to finally improve in this company, I have to say that the work-life balance is great!!! The working hours are very flexible, which allows you to manage your time and tasks are you wish, as soon as the work is done.
Lots of efforts are made by the departments' managers, which have a lot of pressure by the rest of the department's employees AND by the upper management.
If you are a country manager, you are more or less free to use the strategy and tools to wish, in order to have the best possible results. You will therefore very much appreciate the tasks you have to do.
I guess native people have better salaries that foreign people, which count as a big part of the employees. Apart of that, I believe the company is making efforts in order to have the same level of fairness between all the employees.

I guess everyone is rather welcoming in this company. No problem here.
A sport room and a library have been implemented. Fruits, vegetables and beverages are free of charge.
The after monthly meeting would be even more relevant if the employees would make the efforts to take part of it.
If the internal communication would finally improve, I would give 5 stars...
Going for improvements thanks to the different garbages in the kitchen.
No garbage for paper recycling.
Great idea: employees could bring their child when there was a day strike in Kinder Garten.

Bonuses (almost) never given either.

Expondo is doing great efforts about that, offering training to employees, in order to become better in their field, but also in order to know even more about the products we sell.
