since our company has grown very quickly - you are right - communication within the company can sometimes be optimized. We are constantly working on this and rely on the feedback of our employees to improve such things. Usually, we give our employees a lot of scope to get involved, which speaks for a high degree of trust in their abilities. We deeply regret, if it's not like that in your case. In such cases, please take the opportunity to contact us directly in HR or the Management. Our monthly surveys also give you the opportunity to submit suggestions for improvement. We are looking forward to any constructive input.

We assure that we try to provide our employees with all the necessary tools. It is a pity that you claim that our colleagues are provided with old equipment because this is not the truth - of course existing work equipment is passed on in the company different colleagues, but the equipment is checked in advance by the IT department. Nevertheless, should something be defective, there is always the possibility to exchange the equipment or, as in your example, to order a new laptop. Please contact your supervisor directly to solve this problem as soon as possible.
