We regularly hold feedback meetings and give the opportunity to submit anonymous feedback at all levels. Unfortunately, we have not been able to address any of the points you mentioned in recent weeks.
We are also continuously expanding our corporate communication, which is also reflected in our eNPS scores, where we are far above the average in the industry.

Nevertheless, we take the issue you have raised very seriously, and we’ll have a look at them in detail. At this point, we would like to clearly distance ourselves from some of your statements, as we do not agree to them. The appreciation of our employees is our top priority. Through numerous benefits and employee events, we promote exchange outside of work and cohesion among colleagues.
