Offer a cheaper plan to social or environmental NGOs / organizations. Don't allow all companies to use the product, filter out the bad guys!

The communication in my team works pretty well, it could be improved between different teams though.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company tries to do better, has a "Sustainabiliteam" and also tracks its own CO2 emissions, the problem is the customers. A lot of them are from not really environmentally friendly industries, such as the car industry, and in the end, facelift is helping them to promote their non-sustainable products.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They offered me more than I asked for but I heard from other older colleagues, that it is difficult to get a salary raise.
