Maybe start prioritising the well-being of all your employees, not just your favourite four engineers, and you might not struggle so much with staff constantly leaving

Most people are great and friendly, but I wouldn’t call it a good atmosphere when layoffs are swept under the rug, employees are let go due to poor planning, and micromanagement is ingrained in the work culture.

A good place to start, but not to stay. Make sure to negotiate a high salary from the outset because it won’t increase later.

They appear to be quite transparent when it comes to sharing numbers and feedback. However, that changes when they offer a "promotion" and ask you to wait over a year to get the salary increase. It’s a clever way to keep employees around with new titles while avoiding fair compensation.
Gleichberechtigung
As far as I’m aware, those in Engineering are well paid, but for everyone else, salaries are below market with no raises or career development opportunities.
