Work-Life-Balance
- It's a start-up, so there is a lot to do, but I wouldn't say that everyone is highly overworked. It comes in phases for most of the teams. Sometimes it's crunch time, sometimes it's very normal.
Gleichberechtigung
- it's a deep tech start-up, so the ratio of male colleagues is higher. But everyone is treated equally, at least in my experience.
- Diversity is a big and important topic here.
- a lot of colleagues (male and female) have kids
Arbeitsbedingungen
- we have everything we need, but the office is quite basic. Which is understandable, as we are a start-up. But there is room for improvement when we start to grow :)
