Arbeitsatmosphäre
Fintiba is an International company with employees from all over the world. This makes it very interesting to work here. In order to get to know and understand the German culture better and also to learn more about the culture from other countries, Fintiba supports many events throughout the year (Summer party, Octoberfest, Carnival party). These events also help the employees to get to know each other better, as well as employees and management.
Kommunikation
Every Friday we have a special meeting where management informs us about what happened during the week. We can also ask about it. in addition, we also have similar meetings within individual teams. This all leads to greater transparency within Fintiba.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Due to different cultures and the resulting behaviors, misunderstandings also arise, which may lead to problems.
There is still room for improvement. Sometimes it happens that colleagues do not talk to each other but about each other. This leads to tensions among colleagues and this is not helpful. However, that does not stop us from working as a team and help one another.
Work-Life-Balance
Fintiba offers home office where possible. If the vacation has been planned it can be usually be taken. There is no peer pressure. In case of emergency the vacation can be shifted to another time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The decisions of some superiors are not always understandable and should be better explained. However, there are also some superiors with whom you can speak openly and they are always helpful.

We have different tasks which makes work very interesting and sometimes it is challenging.

The office is excellently equipped. The working environment (lighting, ventilation, plants etc) is very good.
