In the beer and coffee meeting. It is always good from the managers to make at least 30 seconds of welcome introduction and asking that if we are doing good. This gives us a value for the entire employees. Making it a special event not just news telling.
Also, more interaction from the employees of departments. Ice breaking activates in certain events so all employees get to know each other.

I believe there is sometimes lack of communication when it comes to updates, news.

I hope that we come to this strategy that whenever we finish our daily tasks, we can leave earlier. But of course not too early

We have here 2 supervisors, It is always good to always have our back and defend us in times of mistakes and guide us.
Interessante Aufgaben
For me, my current position is not the most interesting thing for me. The plan was different, but I am showing professional by doing my tasks. I hope in the future to have some changes in the track
Gleichberechtigung
I am somehow seeing that there is bit of discrimination based on the nationality in terms of salary. I hope I am mistaken.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
This is the first concern for me that might turn me ultimately leaving Fintiba is the salary. I will feel very sad to have it as a main reason while there is plenty of other positive aspects that make me liking this company.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Honestly and so far, I am not on the right track of my "needed carrier", let's see how it will go in the future.
