Ich bin ganz neu im Unternehmen und bin sehr beeindruckt vom freundlichen Miteinander der Mitarbeitenden. Ich weiß, dass das überall so sein sollte, aber hier fällt es mir besonders auf.
Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut & fließend und man kann jederzeit die Mitarbeitenden ansprechen.
Oftmals wird im Büro nicht Kommuniziert und 2 Kolleg*Innen arbeiten am selben Ticket.
