not respected and completely no motivation from management

They don't care about talented colleagues exiting. They don't appreciate existing employees. No hikes or promotion from many years but expectation is too high. Fiserv is definitely not the best company to work.

I have provided 0 rating for career & salary. It's not enough to say best employer but you have to act like one. You are not at all respecting the domain experience and talent of employees. You have never encouraged personal development. I want to rate the whole company less than 2 stars. The management never have listened to employees. You are always promoting the same employee instead of encouraging and promoting the actual task completors.
