Good is only for a first job in germany, the rest is awefull. Better conditions in my country.

Areamanagers don't show respect to the employees (they don't even greet as a sign of courtesy, they need education). HUB is in a bad condition: not clean. Getting people only from one nation, germans seem to not like the work since the conditions are the worst for them.

For a student job ok, but it seems that Flink Managers think that we don't have a life apart of the work. Want to put shifts spontaneously because of their bad forecast, but you want to help your team because if not, they will be overworked.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Overdelivery by HQ makes us throw away the food. No separation of trash.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Only good within the team, got worst with the new management from the HUB.
But people are stealing in the Hub, shows how they work togehter to not get cought.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are none, because its to heavy of a workload.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Worst Management ever. The Manager before was good, but he left due to issues with injury and managment. Showed the "appreciation" they had for him, and also for the team below.
No respect, no communication, not even a hello. What do they expect.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Terrible and filthy Hub (fungus everywhere in the fridges). Dusty. Only one toilett for men and women (not clean). Kitchen the same.
Kommunikation
The communication is one-sided. From the top down. Opinions are not considered. Like said before, no manager has the respect to even say hello, only when they need something. (older/ longer Manager had better managing skills).

Student Job ok.

Everyone is treated equally bad.
Interessante Aufgaben
Same task day in, day out. No opportunity to grow at all. Good job for starting in germany with no german knowledge.
