The company is very modern, but many areas are very closed to changes. Anyway, it is possible for you to express yourself and suggest improvements (but it does not mean that they will be made)

The company urgently needs to improve its organizational structure. Many tasks are divided between different areas and that finally remain without being performed. It also needs to offer better wages and benefits, as well as implement a way to evaluate employees.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is well below the market for Munich. There is a great wage inequality within the company. Few benefits if not at the management level
