Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Overpaid, nice colleagues

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Bad management mostly the friend of… and not people with management skills especially in revenue management department.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Focus on career development and on personal development. Make tasks more interesting. Never be scared to be challenged by employee regarding company development.

Kommunikation

Fake semi-transparency

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Very international team. But it really depends for which department you are working for.

Work-Life-Balance

Very good, you don’t have to move your limits. Just only do what they expect, even less.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Not really focusing on people and development expectations but mostly on stakeholders coordination. They love “positive communication” and don’t tolerate honesty.

Interessante Aufgaben

Even if I was trying to making my work interesting, the management was not supportive at all. No make it happened only f(l)ixing issues

Arbeitsbedingungen

Golden dungeon where you feel unsafe because no security and no support in case of stolen staff. Will not recommend to come with a bike to the office

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Pretend to “build for generations” by having a waste-separation trash while the cleaning company is collecting everything in the same trash.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Unbalanced payslips: too much money for boring job

Image

Only recruitment marketing and no focus on professional development

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Fake PDP professional development plan : checklist where you have to work on the same skills as the others and not to reinforce your strength. So your skills are not taking in account. Especially in revenue management department.
