Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Work-life balance and friendliness of colleagues. Everyone is mostly super up to help you, which makes a counter-balance with my described negative point. My team specifically is great and gives me enough challenges to grow. The openness to remote work is amazing!
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The number of departments and hierarchy structure. It's pretty confusing and sometimes it's hard to get the full picture because of these different departments that don't communicate at first. Most of the work is basically following a huge thread to get to the people you need.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Some things move pretty slow and are barred from C-level, which can be very annoying and time-consuming. I think this happens because of a lack of communication between the hierarchies. Should be reviewed.
